Instructions
These instructions will assist you with the application process:
Complete Registration Form
- Review information provided within the next two pages and then complete and submit the Registration form.
Activate Account
- Once you have completed a Registration form, you will then activate your account using the verification link sent to your e-mail address. (Be sure to check your spam folder if you do not receive the e-mail within 24 hours.)
Login
- Login using your registered e-mail address and password.
Choose A Recruit Class, Testing Location And Date
- To apply for a recruit class, please select the 'Apply For Recruit Class' option from the navigation menu.
Create-Update Personal History Statement
- You may make updates to your Personal History Statement at anytime. You will be required to provide a completed Personal History Statement prior to your appearance for testing.
